As part of the Duck Creek Watershed Project, the Scott County Soil and Water Conservation District with support from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources Watershed Monitoring & Assessment Program and municipalities will conduct intensive monitoring to learn more about Duck Creek’s E. coli bacteria impairment.
